Where: Capitol Complex,
Embassy Suites Hotel
Montgomery, AL

Times: Registration/check in – Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Adjourn – Saturday, March 6, 2010 @ 2:00 p.m.

Deadlines: November 30, 2009 – Early Bird Registration due

January 22, 2010 – Bills due to YMCA

Costs: Conference - $75 if paid by November 30, 2009
                     $95 if paid by January 15, 2010
                     $105 if paid after January 15, 2010
Hotel Cost - $114 per room, per night (max 6 per room)
(Should be coordinated by each school and registered through the YMCA office. DO NOT register with the hotel if you want this rate.)

Officer’s Retreat

Cost: $20

All elected and appointed officers must attend.
Committee Chairs from each school will also be invited to attend.
Arrival: Supper is served at 6:00 p.m. Friday
